Philips Respironics Manufacturer Warranty

Medical Repair Systems (MRS) is a factory-authorized service center for Philips Respironics. As such, we offer repairs for oxygen, sleep, and ventilator equipment that is under the Philips Respironics manufacturer warranty. The cost of these manufacturer warranty repairs will be covered by Philips. If the unit is shipped to MRS from outside Arizona, Philips will also cover the cost of shipping both ways.

 

Equipment Not Under Manufacturer Warranty

MRS is only contracted to provide manufacturer warranty repairs for Philips Respironics. All other repairs will involve an out-of-pocket cost to the customer regardless of whether the unit is under warranty with another manufacturer.

 

Stationary Oxygen Concentrators

MRS offers a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for all stationary concentrator repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. (Stationary oxygen concentrators repaired under the MRS warranty include: Everflo, Millennium 10, Perfecto 2, Perfecto 2V, Platinum 5, Platinum 10, 525DS, 1025DS, Companion 5)

 

Portable Oxygen Concentrators

MRS offers a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for all portable oxygen concentrator repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. (Portable oxygen concentrators repaired under the MRS warranty include: SimplyGo, SimplyFlo, SimplyGo Mini, Sequal Eclipse 5)

 

CPAPs/BiPAPs

MRS offers a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for all cpap repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. (CPAPs/BiPAPs repaired under the MRS warranty include: Air10 series, Air11 series, DreamStation, DreamStation 2)

 

Ventilators

MRS offers a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for all ventilator repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. (Mechanical ventilators repaired under the MRS warranty include: Trilogy EVO, Trilogy 202, Trilogy 100 and 200 [if they have undergone recall repairs], Astral 100, Astral 150, VIVO 45, VIVO 65)
